CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?
We’re sorry, but the delivery address can’t be changed once the order has been confirmed. But, if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can make a change for you. Contact Customer Service at hello@anthonyhopkins.com

CAN I SHIP TO A PO BOX?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Anthony Hopkins products are only available in the U.S.A. at this time. We are working on expanding into other countries. Follow us for updates.

HOW MUCH IN TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. For U.S.A. orders, local sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges during the order process. This will be displayed on the Order Summary page.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
It depends on the options you select at checkout; see our SHIPPING & RETURNS page for more information. Orders are shipped by 12pm PST, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S.A.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Sure. Sign into your account or use the tracking number on your confirmation email and look it up on the corresponding carrier’s tracking website (USPS, FedEx, DHL)

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
No signature is required upon delivery (we ship via USPS).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE MY DELIVERY?
Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL WAS LOST OR STOLEN?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service team so we can assist you.

Returns & Refunds

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes- we want you to feel good about your purchase. If you aren’t, you can exchange or return items within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds. Check our shipping & return policy for full details and exceptions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once we receive your return, we’ll refunded you back via your original payment method. If this is to a debit/credit card, it will appear in your account within 5 days, depending on your card issuer. For PayPal, the refund will take 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
